To start a return:

  2. Provide clear photos of the item to confirm its condition.
  3. Items must be in original, clean condition with no stains or signs of wear (try to send original packaging!).

Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

Cancellation Policy (1-Hour Window)

Orders may be cancelled within 1hour of purchase. After this 1-hour period, your order may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via Instagram DM @purekhaos.
